Influenced by her years as an educator and her experiences engaging with diverse communities and cultures, she brings a deep appreciation for the different perspectives and motivations learners bring to the learning process.

The goal is to create learning that matters, and the learner is at the heart of that process.
At the heart of Patricia's work is a learner-first mindset. She believes effective learning begins with understanding the people behind the training — their goals, challenges, and the real-world situations in which they'll apply new skills. Partnering closely with subject matter experts, she creates practical learning to help technical audiences.
By combining her expertise in instructional design, visual communication, and multimedia development with tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-enabled learning technologies, Patricia is able to create engaging eLearning, video, interactive media, immersive 360° VR experiences, and performance support solutions that transform complex ideas into accessible, actionable learning.
In addition to developing learning experiences, Patricia has led the creation of digital onboarding programs, LMS learning paths, and certification frameworks that support structured employee development. She has also implemented digital badges and recognition programs that encourage engagement and celebrate learning milestones.
